No worries, life happens — you can return or exchange your Fulloat purchase within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are completely free of charge. We want you to love your look, every single time.

How it works

• Request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges (size/design swap) — free of charge.
• Returns for refund — refund is processed to your original payment method / bank account once we receive and inspect the item.

Not eligible for return

• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Products damaged due to misuse or wash
• Items returned without original tags/packaging

Refund timeline

Once your returned item passes quality check, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
