At Fulloat, we are committed to providing a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily initiate a return through your account dashboard. Fulloat will bear all return shipping charges.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.


How to Initiate a Return

You can request a return directly from your Fulloat account:

  1. Log in to your account on the Fulloat website.

  2. Go to your Profile / Dashboard.

  3. Select the relevant order.

  4. Click on Request Return and submit the reason.

Once your request is approved, our team will arrange the return pickup.

Free Return Shipping

Fulloat offers free returns for eligible products.
You do not need to pay any return shipping charges. Our team will arrange the pickup from your address.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Upload clear images or videos through your dashboard to help us verify the issue quickly.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund.


Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after delivery through your dashboard.
